Refund Policy

FORTUNA DIGITAL – REFUND POLICY

Version 1.1 — 30 June 2025

This standalone Refund Policy mirrors Section 6 of the Fortuna Digital Terms & Conditions and is provided here for quick reference.

1. Statutory EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may withdraw from a purchase until digital delivery begins. By selecting the checkbox “Buy and Waive My Right of Withdrawal” at checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that this statutory right is lost as soon as the activation key is displayed or connected.

2. Fortuna Digital Voluntary Refund Programme (7 Days)

Fortuna Digital may, at its sole discretion, grant a goodwill refund or store credit when all of the conditions below are met:

1. Unused or Duplicate Key
   • The key has not been viewed, downloaded or redeemed; or
   • You accidentally purchased the same key twice and the duplicate remains unused.

2. Timely Request
   The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and at least 48 hours before the official launch date.

3. Proof of Issue
   You provide reasonable evidence of the defect or duplication (e.g. platform error message, duplicate order number, screenshot).

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method where possible; otherwise to your Fortuna Digital wallet, and are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

• Keys that have been viewed, downloaded or redeemed;

• Cryptocurrency payments;

• Mystery bundles or DLC-only codes;

• Purchases made or activated via VPN / proxy contrary to regional restrictions;

• Keys bought with or converted from gift cards that have already been used;

• Hardware / operating-system incompatibility (please check system requirements before purchase).

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Sign in and navigate to Account › Orders › “Request Refund”.

2. Provide your order number, the key in question and supporting evidence.

3. Our support team will review and respond within 72 hours.

5. Processing & Confirmation

• Method – original payment method whenever possible, else Fortuna Digital store credit.

• Timeline – processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Confirmation – you will receive an e‑mail once the refund / credit is issued.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
